Please Review Our Policies

We look forward to your stay at Broken Bow Lake Cabins. Below are our policies that will help make your visit more comfortable and easy. We know you will enjoy your lodging in Beaver’s Bend.

Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

A $100 deposit, per cabin, is required to reserve 3 or less nights, this is non-refundable from the moment the reservation is made online or over the phone.

Reservations for four nights or more nights require the first night’s + tax rate for a deposit.

A valid credit card is required on all reservations; we accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

More than 14-day notice is required on cancellations in order to only forfeit the deposit.

We provide no refunds for early departure.

Modification policy – additional days may be added to original reservation at any point in time with no penalty. However, modifying your reservation within 30 days of arrival by removing one or more nights will result in a one-night charge for each day removed.

Cancellation policy for Large Cabins – Reservations for Hillside Lodge and Riverbend Lodge require a 30-day cancellation notice. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a one-night rate. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the cost of the entire stay.

Cancellation policy – – cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit one-night + tax rate. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay.

No pets allowed; failure to comply will result in a $100 per day charge.

No smoking inside, failure to comply will result in a $150 per day charge.

Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid-March).

All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay.
No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay.

Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount 14 days prior to check in date. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation.

Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation.

Broken Bow Lake Cabins and our private owners cannot be held liable for any accidents or losses incurred during your stay.

In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made voice mail or by email.

Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
