Community Center Policies
Everyday $250.00 per night if cleaned and left in the same condition as found upon arrival
Everyday $350.00 per night if not cleaned and left disorganized
$25 Discount Information
For each individual nightly cabin rental from the following cabins, Lookout Lodge, Redbud Retreat, Shaui Chukka, Bear's Den, Water's Edge, Tranquility, you will receive a $25 discount on the community center.
Each additional cabin rental will receive another $25 discount.
Community Center has a 30 day cancellation policy.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a one-night rate.
